About Us

Architecture & Engineering Consultancy in Dubai Since 1983

Built on 40 Years of Technical Excellence

Design Concepts International (Design Concepts Int.) is one of the UAE's most established architecture and engineering consultancies, founded in Dubai in 1983. Over four decades we have delivered more than 500 projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, industrial and educational sectors throughout the UAE and India.

We hold an Unlimited Professional Licence from both Dubai and Sharjah Municipalities — a distinction that permits us to undertake projects of any scale, height or value without restriction. This places Design Concepts Int. among a select group of fully licensed architecture firms capable of handling the UAE's most complex and ambitious developments.

Under the leadership of CEO Ar. Girish Shirsalkar, our multidisciplinary team brings together architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, urban planners and interior designers. Our three regional offices — in Business Bay Dubai, Al Majaz Sharjah, and Kochi India — ensure on-the-ground expertise for every client and project location.
